Comments on Multiple Chronic Conditions
Letter to HHS - ACU submitted comments to HHS on the draft Strategic Framework on Multiple Chronic Conditions (MCC). In the letter, ACU praised HHS for its work in addressing MCCs which are especially important among underserved populations,in addition to advocating for a transdisciplinary approach for disease management. ACU Responsds to Arizona's New lmmigration Law
Press Release - ACU cosigned a statement condemning Arizona SB 1070, a state law law that requires law enforcement officials to detain anyone suspected of being in the country illegally to confirm their immigration or citizenship status. The statement says the law will create new obstacles to obtaining needed health care. Read the statement.
