Physician Assistants
Physician
assistants play generally play a big role in underserved patient
care. In urban and rural health clinics, physician assistants become
the principle health care provider when the physician is only available
one or two days in the week. While PAs must work under physician
supervision, PAs are becoming more and more versatile in the health
community.
