  PHARMACY

Pharmacy

Pharmacists are an important asset to the transdisciplinary health care team. Because of their expertise in drugs they are an invaluable resource to other clinicians. As drugs change in form, composition, effect, and dosage, health care professionals need to know the latest information on drug effects and prescription. Pharmacists are becoming more involved in the patient’s drug therapy decision making as well as patient education and counseling.
